Yes! All costs are covered by us for you to send your items to us. Our packs are tracked and insured.
Your pack is automatically insured up to £750. If you have items more valuable, please contact us and we will arrange a higher insurance.
Sending your box to us is free, easy and safe. We pay for and insure every parcel you send us. All you need to do is tell us your name, full postal address and/or email. We will then post or email you a label. Just call us on 0333 987093 or click here to email your request for a label.

If you do not want to accept our valuation or your items have little to no value. We can return your items to you, (there will be a small administration charge to returns items and insure them). Alternatively, we can arrange a donation to a local charity.
The more items you send us, the higher the offer will be. There is no minimum, and no maximum. We recommend sending at least five items. If you have something special, please take a picture and click here to email it to us.
