Is it free to send my items?Yes! All costs are covered by us for you to send your items to us. Our packs are tracked and fully insured.

How does the postage insurance work?Your pack is automatically insured up to £750. If you have items more valuable, please contact us for another pack or we can send you a label for a box with a higher insurance value.

How to do I request my labels?Sending your box to us is free, easy and safe. We pay for and insure every parcel you send us. All you need to do is tell us your name, full postal address and/or email. We will then post or email you a label. Just call us on 0333 987093 or click here to email your request for a label.

How long will it take to receive my valuation?One of our team will contact you by phone or email with an offer within 3-5 working days of us receiving your items.

Can I send you photos first?Of course you can! We will not be able to give you an estimate of the value of your items, however can tell you if your items are acceptable to send. Once we receive your item, we will make an offer. Click here to email your photographs to our team.

What happens if I don't want to accept the valuation I receive?If you do not want to accept our valuation or your items have little to no value. We can return your items to you, (there will be a small administration charge to returns items and insure them). Alternatively, we can arrange a donation to a local charity.

How many items do I need to send?The more items you send us, the higher the offer will be. There is no minimum, and no maximum. We recommend sending at least five items. If you have something special, please take a picture and click here to email it to us.
